  1. Heat cooking oil in a deep fryer or a skillet to 170~180°C (340~360°F).
  2. Carefully place frozen cheese sticks into the hot cooking oil. Caution: hot oil may splash and cause burns; shake off excess ice prior to frying to minimize splashing.
  3. Fry between 1.5~2 minutes, or until the breading is golden brown. Cook in small batches to maintain a consistent cooking oil temperature. Note: The cheese is overcooked if it flows freely, and undercooked if it does not stretch smoothly upon separating.
  4. Serve immediately and enjoy.

  4. If it is overcooked or overheated, product may be burned black and if it is half-cooked, it may not be done to a turn enough.

  1. Preheat oven to 350~370℃.
  2. Place frozen potato in a single layer.
  3. Bake potato for 6 minutes to 10 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Pay attention to the baking time, otherwise, if you cook them such a long time or the temperature of cooking is too high, the products may burn and it causes a fire.
  5. Enjoy well-cooked products.

11mm/14mm String Cheese

  1. Thaw string cheese in the cold compartment of a refrigerator 3 days prior to use.
  2. Turn out pizza dough rolled up with the thawed string cheese.
  3. Bake it in 230~250℃ (oven) for 4 minutes to 6 minutes and serve.

  4. Pack up the rest cheese with plastic wrap or using other packaging and keep it keep it in cold storage.
  5. ※ If mold grows on the surface of cheese after its package has been opened or due to the long storage time, simply trim off moldy sections of cheese 1 cm below the deepest mold penetration.

  1. Heat up a conveyor oven around 350~370℃.
  2. Place the products evenly among all on the oven fan under frozen conditions.
  3. Bake the products by the time that they are yellowish, setting the time controller between approximately 7 mins and 8 mins.
  4. Pay attention to the baking time, otherwise, if you cook them such a long time or shortly, the taste would be less favorable than they must be expected.

  2. Defrozen the frozen products in boiling water for 2mins.
  3. Defrozen the frozen products in tap water for 15mins~20mins.
• How to cook:
  1. Cook it in a container for a microware(3mins,strong,700W) after opening the defrozen product according to the sealing line of the upper parts.
  2. Cook it for 5mins after putting the defrozen product in boiling water and have it.
