Back in 1997, when processed cheese was first sweeping the Korean market, DK Foods introduced Asia's first natural mozzarella cheese sticks alongside announcing the company's incorporation. While advancing the awareness and culture of natural cheese, DK Foods has been leading the fusion food industry in Korea by employing the IQF (Individually Quick Frozen) process to best maintain freshness and flavor for its diverse product line. In 2003, Korea's first line of IQF microwave soups (broccoli, clam chowder, mushroom) hit the shelves; collagen cheese sticks, broccoli cheddar cheese balls, India Gate Curry (Murgh Masala, Prawn Masala, Paneer Cheese Masala), paratha, and naan were also launched, and are found in many retail stores today.
Lamb Weston
In October 2014, America's largest french fry manufacturer, Lamb Weston of ConAgra Foods, entered into a distribution agreement with DK Foods to showcase a variety of non-GMO (non-genetically modified) potato products. At the start of 2015, DK Foods has plans to launch Cheddar Munchers, a product never before showcased. We aim to become a leader in the food industry.
